Beren Aşkın has been practicing law in various legal areas, mainly in the protection of personal data, e-commerce, consumer and contracts law.

Beren has a background in data protection and IT law, having worked as a trainee and then as an associate at one of Turkey's leading law firms. As of 2024, she brings her expertise to YAZICIOGLU Legal.

Education

Beren received her high school diploma from Istanbul Saint Joseph French High School and obtained her law LL.B. degree from Galatasaray University in 2021.

She completed her LL.M. degree in Law and Digital Technologies at Leiden University in 2024. Her master's thesis focused on evaluating the adequacy of the "right to be forgotten" in the context of large language models (LLMs).
