Experience
Elif Rabia Karataş specializes in data protection law, information technology law, e-commerce law, and intellectual property law, with a particular focus on technology-related legal matters. Throughout her career, she has provided legal consultancy to technology companies, startups, as well as various ministries and public institutions. She has been involved in projects with multinational companies, including data protection, contract drafting and negotiation, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Education
Elif obtained her LL.B. degree from Marmara University Faculty of Law. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. degree in Digitalization and Law at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in Germany.
